With over three decades of professional experience, Cydney K. Jones-Ratliff is a seasoned expert in providing comprehensive technical assistance, management training, and onsite support for a wide range of programs, including the Multifamily program, Housing Choice Voucher Program, RAD, and Project Based Vouchers. Leveraging her exceptional knowledge of HUD regulations, she has successfully assisted real estate developers, executive directors, HCV managers, commissioners, private owners of subsidized properties, and LIHTC grantees in achieving their goals.

As a former manager of several large PHAs, Cydney has extensive expertise in policy development, customer service, and building strong external and internal community relations. Moreover, she is skilled in financial planning and budgeting, recognizing the importance of fiscal responsibility in achieving program success.
